Nancy Matlin teaches private and group lessons in her studio in Concord, California. Nancy has a comprehensive career teaching piano and music starting when she was in high school and continuing throughout her life. She has experience teaching in public education, private piano, and musical groups; accompanying vocalists, instrumentalists, choirs, glee clubs, and church congregations; and producing talent shows and musicals. Nancy was selected by the Providence Public School System to prepare the children for performances of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Nancy Matlin has a complete music education and continues to study and utilize the latest methods and techniques for learning to play the piano. Her studies at UCLA include a degree in Music, graduate studies in music education, and teaching credentials. Nancy has taken graduate studies in Music Therapy and Piano Pedagogy at the University of Minnesota. She is an active member of California Music Teachers Association. Nancy teaches students of all ages and specializes in making music become an integral part of the student's life.
